FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)

1. What areas do you serve?

 We provide cleaning services throughout Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Sevierville, Wears Valley, Kodak, Cosby, and Pittman Center, as well as surrounding Smoky Mountain communities.

2. Do you clean short-term rentals (Airbnb/VRBO cabins)?

 Yes! STR turnover cleaning is our specialty. We provide consistent, reliable, checklist-based cleaning to keep your cabin guest-ready and earning 5-star reviews.

3. Do you restock supplies or consumables?

 No — we are strictly a cleaning-only service. Hosts provide all consumables, linens, and guest supplies, and we handle the cleaning and reset.

4. Are you insured?

 Yes. Cozy Bear Cleaning and Repair LLC is fully insured for residential and STR cleaning.

5. What types of cleaning do you offer?

 We provide:

  • Short-term rental turnovers
     
  • Deep cleaning
     
  • Move-in / Move-out cleaning
     
  • Residential cleaning
     
  • Post-construction cleaning (cleaning-only)
     

6. Do you provide linens or wash them?

 We can change linens if the client provides clean sets, but we do not wash or supply linens.

7. How do I schedule a cleaning?

 You can call or text us directly, or submit a request through our Get a Quote or Contact page. We respond quickly and confirm availability on the same day whenever possible.

8. How much notice do you need for a turnover?

 A minimum of 24 hours is preferred, but we do accept last-minute cleanings based on availability.

9. Do you charge extra for excessive messes or biohazards?

 Yes. Excessive trash, bodily fluids, or hazardous conditions may require an additional fee depending on the situation.

10. Do you clean hot tubs?

 We do not balance or treat hot tub water. We only perform an exterior wipe-down around the hot tub area.

11. What if guests damage something?

 We document and photograph:

  • Damaged items
     
  • Missing items
     
  • Safety hazards
     
  • Major spills or issues
    We send the report directly to the owner/manager after the cleaning.
     

12. How do payments work?

 Payment is due upon completion unless you are on a recurring schedule. We accept digital payment, card, or invoice.

13. Do I need to be home?

 No. As long as we have proper access instructions, you do not need to be present.

14. Do you offer the same cleaners each time?

  Yes — we are a family-owned business, so you get the same trusted cleaners every visit. No random subcontractors.

15. How do I get a quote?

 Visit our Contact us page or call/text us directly. We can provide pricing quickly based on the size and needs of your property.
